#2345 - Sugar CRM no longer creating contacts

Hi there, We discovered yesterday that our Sugar CRM would no longer create Contacts. Our Sugar vendor looked into it and reports the following error in our log. Since then, we have disabled the Mailchimp plugin. Is this something you can help with? This is the third time this year this has happened and causes a disruption for us.

    I apologize for the trouble. I'm unable to find your SugarChimp purchase from that account. Can you provide me with the SugarChimp license key that you are using so I can pull up your account here? I will be able to give you some more insight once I've done that.     Hello,

    I wanted to follow up and let you know that we've released a few new versions since this was last updated that could certainly have fixed any of your issues. MailChimp is no longer supporting their old v2 api, so our newest release has completely migrated to using their v3 api. I recommend upgrading to the latest version to ensure no interruption in services. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
