#2437 - Syncing set to run every 5 mins, never runs
Hi,
My Sugar Target List is not syncing with my Mailchimp list. I have checked the field mapping and am using a real e-mail address for the Contact to make sure MC accepts it.
The sync has never run and I have not been able to successfully sync a contact across to Mailchimp. There were no problems reported during the set up.

Hello Daphne,
I'm sorry for the trouble. It seems that the scheduler is not running as you can see. Let’s check to see if your other Sugar Schedulers are running. Go to your Admin > Scheduler page, and click on any of Schedulers with an interval of "As often as possible" and shoot me a screenshot of that. Once we can see if other schedulers are running and finishing jobs, then we will know how to proceed.

Hi SugarChimp,
Thank you for referring me to the Schedulers. It turns out the problem was caused by using a Test Scheduler page where schedules need to be run manually. This is now pushing information through to Mailchimp so I know the connector is working. I will refer back to this answer if we are still having problems after Sugar is live.
