Hello,
Can you please respond ASAP?
I have updated my credit card details and need for my Sugar Account to be re-activated and a new key entered into our Sugar system?
Regards,
Ash
You can change your credit card information on the subscription itself unless it is a PayPal subscription. Navigate to https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders and find your Order with SugarChimp #5504. From there, you can look at your Purchase History tab to find the Update Payment link. You can put in your new Credit Card credentials there.
After you've done that and accepted the payment, you will need to update SugarChimp to the latest package from the downloads tab. Simply, download the .zip file, and upload it into Sugar. You can do that from Admin > Module Loader. Once the new package is installed, you will need to go to step 2 of the SugarChimp Configuration process to validate your license key. Once that is done, your SugarChimp will recognize the new payment and continue where it left off.
As an early preparation, MailChimp will be deprecating their v2 api in Jan. 2017. We are working to get all of our calls to their v3 api and will have a mandatory update ready before that time. Can you ensure that the email address on your Account is the best to reach you at for updates such as this? Let me know if you have any questions on anything here.

Hi Ash, thanks for updating the details. I was able to push the payments through. Your account is now in good standing.
Like the SugarChimp team said, I would recommend upgrading SugarChimp to the latest package. See their instructions in the previous comment.
Thanks!
