#2555 - Unable to see SugarChimp Activities in Suitecrm
I have Sugarchimp Professional edition. I triggered the campaign from the mailchimp. I get campaign report summery report but unable to get sugarchimp activity. How to i get the list of Contacts in Suitecrm who click or open the email etc.

Hello,
I've received your information. The Activities should be imported automatically from MailChimp. Once they are inside Suite, you can report on them as a related module to Contacts. If you are not getting those send, open, and click activities from MailChimp over the next couple days, then I would check again if your system is publically accessible. If MailChimp cannot reach Sugar, then it cannot alert the system to grab MailChimp Activities. Let me know if that is the case.

Till now, there is no any Sugarchimp activity (activity) shown in SuiteCRM . I unable to see any activity. Can you please tell me to whom i need to report and how to solve this issue. i stuck from 6 days and unable to proceed further.

Hello, can you tell me if your crm is publicly accessible from outside your network? I believe that MailChimp may not be able to reach your system.

You would have to allow for your server to be accessible or to use a Proxy script if you prefer that method. There is really no other solution that will work to allow MailChimp to access your crm. The Campaign Report is a call made from Sugar to go and grab the most recent Campaigns from Sugar and show their reports. The Activities work differently and require us to receive a Webhook from MailChimp to work properly. They do not coincide in how they operate.

Once you get the Proxy Script setup, you'll see the SugarChimp activity start to import into your system within 24 hours of sending your campaigns. But like the SugarChimp team said this part will not work without MailChimp somehow being able to talk to your SuiteCRM instance.

They were able to get the proxy script working as expected. I'm going to close this case out now. Thanks!
