#2649 - auto sync is not working(from Suitecrm to Mailchimp)

Hi Support Team, I am Using Sugarchimp professional edition. While i am adding any contact to TargetList to Suitecrm ,it is not auto sync to mailchimp. Also in pending list it is not showing. But, while i am sync forcefully from dropdown option, then i will able to sync and it will show in pending list. Note: In the schedular, I checked schedular work every 5 mins. Can you please help me out for this issue. I unable to proceed further. I am waiting for your response.
