Hi Andrew, good question, sorry this isn't made clear.
SugarChimp Ultimate will not sync Account records to MailChimp Subscribers, BUT it will sync Sugar Contacts and their related Account data to MailChimp Subscribers. So it depends on your use case and what your data looks like in Sugar. Usually the latter is what is actually needed, unless you only use the Accounts module in Sugar and you do not use the Contacts module.

Hello Andrew,
I know you're still working on the trial and looking into alternative email marketing tools. I wanted to update the forum to show that we were able to get on a call and discuss exactly what SugarChimp can and cannot do with Account syncing. Let us know if we can help out with anything else during the trial. I'm going to go ahead and close this case out for now.
