To give you more information about the Advanced Field Mapping, the ultimate edition allows you to sync data from parent related modules. So instead of just being able to sync the fields that are on the Contacts module, you can also sync data from the Contact's parent Account, or from the Contact's assigned user, etc. It works with most out of the box parent related modules.

You can try Ultimate for 14 days for free, if you go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Configuration > Go to Step 2 and let the upgrade options load. Then select "Ultimate". After that, go to the field mapping section and you can see the difference.
