#2791 - New Sugar contacts not being synced to MailChimp Master List
Hi, I'm new to Sugar and SugarChimp - don't know if I'm doing the sync wrong - but my least is going down and never up - and my new contacts are not adding.

Hello Helen,
Thanks for letting us know, I'm happy to help get your lists syncing. First, we need to update to the newest SugarChimp version. Here on your Account dropdown menu, the second option is Purchases. Go there, and find your Order for SugarChimp. When you click on the correct order, you will find download links for the latest SugarChimp releases. Choose the download that matches your SugarCRM version.
Now, in Sugar go to Admin > Module Loader and upload/install the .zip file. There is no need to uninstall the previous version. After this is done, it’s best to go ahead and do a quick repair and rebuild. Go back to Admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild (top item). After doing that, can you send over a screenshot of your Health Status page from Admin > Health Status (in the SugarChimp section) to support@sugarchimp.com.

Thanks for sending the screeshot. I see your have a great number of lists set to sync to MailChimp. While that is OK, I recommend unsetting any syncing to old lists that you are no longer using. You can do that by going to the Target List in Sugar and changing the dropdown option for 'MailChimp List' to blank. Then save that list, and it will no longer be sending data to MailChimp.
Could you also send me another screenshot of the top of that Health Status page? I'm looking for information on the version number, scheduler, and pending to MailChimp numbers. That will help me to get an idea of the current state of the integration.

It seems that your installation to the latest version of SugarChimp did not work. For the quickest results, can we schedule a call to do a screenshare of your Sugar so that I can debug the installation? You can setup a support call with us here: Setup Support Call

Hello Helen,
We were able to get on a call and find out why the lists weren't syncing as expected. Sugar is only showing about 3k good email address on Contacts, which is why that many are getting into MailChimp, instead of the entire list of 5k. I'm going to close this case out for now. Let us know if you need anything else in the future!
