#2811 - Cannot map the field 'Assigned to' for the MailChimp list

Closed Bug? created by David E Kromann 7 years ago

Hi SugarOutfitters

I am creating a brand new list for MailChimp sendout and I have run into a problem.

I wish to syncronize who the assigned person for each record is. However I am only able to find in your mapping the ID of the assigned user.

Is there any way to get the name instead of the ID string?

Thanks for letting me know.

BR Lone

    Hello,

Sorry for the issues. I'm showing you as running on the Professional version of SugarChimp, which does not support related fields mapping. Our Ultimate edition will open up more options in the field mapping dropdown for related fields such as 'Account > Type' and 'Assigned To > Username'

There are a few other great features of our Ultimate plan that I'd be happy to go over with you, if you'd like to do that. You can upgrade to Ultimate to test the features, free for 14 days. A comprehensive look at the Ultimate features can be found here: Try SugarChimp Ultimate.

If it's something you'd like to look into, we can schedule a training call so I can go over your options in more depth: Schedule a Training Call

I look forward to hearing back from you!

    Thanks, Jon
