#2946 - can't create contact

There is the following error in our log when trying to add new contact:

Hello,
Your server is not finding the smartlist_queue table, which points to an installation issue. The first thing to try is to go into Sugar and do an admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild. After that, go back and try to create the new Contact now.
If that does not work, then we need to figure out why the table is not added in your db from SugarChimp installation. I look forward to hearing back on how the Repair goes.
