#2992 - URGENT: Migrated SugarCRM to new server -- lot of SugarChimp errors
Hello,
Last night I migrated our production Sugar instance to our new on-site server, and I'm noticing some really erratic CPU usage values. The server is more than capable hardware-wise so I'm trying to find the culprit.
sugarcrm.log is showing a whole lot of SugarChimp errors but I'm not sure what they mean. I have attached the sugarcrm.log
I made a support case on here a few months ago, and the gentleman working with me did a code-level customization for me (since my records were not syncing properly as expected) on the logic_hooks.php file. He told me to save the file since the customization wasn't upgrade-safe. I just looked at this file on the new server, though (which did just have its version updated), and it looks identical. So I'm not sure what is causing the issue.
Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Also I forgot to mention: I went ahead and disabled the SugarChimp scheduler job, but it doesn't seem to have done anything. Still receiving all the SugarChimp errors.

Hello Freddy,
Sorry for the issues, but I'll do my best to get you back up and running quickly. I am not able to see the sugarcrm logs, could you email them to us at support@sugarchimp.com? I will take a look at them and let you know what I think the best next steps will be.
Thanks, Jon

Hello Freddy,
I'm going to close this case out since we're confident that the installation should be just fine going forward. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about the spiking.
Thanks, Jon
