#310 - Reviewing campaign stats
Hi
I am having a bit of trouble getting sugarchimp all set up in SugarCRM.
The biggest issue is campaigns.
I have installed it and l am able to send out a email from mailchimp from my target list in SugarCRM.
The issue I'm finding are:
- People have clicked through on an email - in mailchimp campaigns, l go to the email l sent or campaign and it shows that 5 people clicked through on the email. I want to move these people to a target list in SugarCRM to follow up but l can't find who those people are it just gives me a figure?
Hopefully you can help.
Thanks Andrew

There's a couple of ways you could get to this data. The best way is to use MailChimp. When you're sending a new campaign you can select a segment of a target list to send to. You can select to send to only the specific people who clicked on a specific email campaign. http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-can-i-send-to-a-segment-of-my-list/#new
The other option is to create a report on the MailChimp Activities module and filter it by action and campaign. If you display the action, parent_id and module fields, it'll show you the list of modules and record IDs that used that action, but that's as far as you can go on the sugar side. If you have access to your database, you could run a query at that point to link the contacts to a new target list.
