Hello Paul,
Sorry for your trouble, but I'm happy to take a look at it with you. To be clear, it is the SugarChimp Activity module that has the duplicates, not a Contact or Lead, correct? I'm going to adjust the Support Case title accordingly to be more specific, for others looking for answers.
