...blank screen and when we come back to the Configuration page, we still have "Api Key No API Key Set. Please enter a username and password." Thanks for your help. (same behavior, when we setup the licence key directly from the "License Key screen". Thanks for your help.

Just noting on this case that we have been working directly with you via email. It sounds like you are beyond the API Key issue.
