#3266 - SugarChimp install issue
We tried install Sugarchimp to Suite CRM Version 7.8.2. All processes were installed sucessfully and no error. After installation, we click into SugarChimp Configuration, system shows "Error 500, page is not working". Does anything we need to config for the server? Please help.

@Eddy can you please go to your web server and check the php error logs? When you receive a 500 error, it usually indicates a php error has occurred. That should tell us the reason it is not working and we will be able to address it from there.

@ chad, thanks for your help. We checked the php log, it says php file is missing.

We found the installation error, it was missing file. And the file is not in the install package. please help

Hello Eddy,
Can you email the package that you are trying to install to support@sugarchimp.com? It's strange that the file is not in there. Can you try to download the latest package from the store, should be version 7.9.2j. Upload that one, and attempt the installation again and let me know what you find.

Thank you for your email. I've noticed that since that time you have been able to download the latest package and install it successfully in Sugar now. Are you good to go at this point?
I'm not exactly sure why that initial package does not contain all of the correct files, but it is something we will watch out for in the future. I appreciate you taking the time to notify us of your issue and work through the possible causes. Let me know if you are still having issues.
