#3296 - SMartlist running but failing, also unable to update
Scheduled task runs but logs that it fails.
If I check php error.log it can't find a number of the SugarChimp indexes e.g. SugarChimpMC.
Also, if I try to install something using Module Loader I receive a blank screen when uploading the ZIP file.
I believe all of this to be related to SugarChimp
Can you please advise how I should proceed?

Hello, sorry for the issues. We can help resolve this for you.
Can you post the exact error messages you're seeing in the php error log?
A couple things to try:
1) Can you please verify the permissions are correct on the SugarChimp modules in /modules and custom/modules?
We suggest you run this permissions script https://shanedowling.com/sugarcrm-permissions-script if you're not sure the permissions are correct.
One way to check is look at the permissions and owner of a file that comes out of the box with Sugar, then check the SugarChimp modules files to see if they are the same.
2) Try also running a quick repair and rebuild. You can find this by going to Sugar > Admin > Repair and click Quick Repair and Rebuild. After doing this check to see if the scheduler is able to run.
Please post the php error log messages when you can, and let us know if #1 & #2 help any.

No luck I’m afraid…
I receive 6 lines of errors to the tone of
Undefined index: SugarCHimpMC in /home/somerfordg/www/crm_live/modules/ModuleBuilder/parsers/MetaDataFiles.php on line 1144 Referrer https://crm.2buy2.com/index.php?module=Administratikon&action=Upgrade
Next line refers to missing array_values() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given
Other missing indexes: SugarChimpMCPeople SugarChimpMCActivity
When the scheduler runs it logs this in “job_queue” table function::SugarChimp, message - "unexpected failure"

Hello again, thank you for the information. The warnings in the logs make me think SugarChimp did not install 100% successfully.
You said when you go to the module loader and try to install something you get a blank screen. Try this:
1) Make sure you have the correct SugarChimp package. Please download this zip file (do not unzip it) https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/download/6850
2) Go to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader, upload the zip file and click install. You should install the package for SugarChimp version 7.9.2.
If the module loader does not work and goes to a white screen with that package, please send me that last several lines from the php error log (all of them please, do not edit).
If the module loader installs the integration successfully, please run another Quick Repair and Rebuild (Sugar > Admin > Repair) and then see if the scheduler works properly.

That is the one I was trying to install and YES, it comes up with a blank, white screen and they were the logs I sent you in my previous msg.
