Hello,
The numbers you're showing on the lists are not necessarily indicative of issues with the sync. There are a number of reasons that the numbers could be off, but generally the Target List contains records with bad email addresses (no email address, invalid, opted out) or duplicates. The best next course of action would be to find a specific record on the Target List that should be on the MailChimp List but is not.
From there, check his email address in SugarCRM is good and valid. If so, then edit his name (add a middle initial), and let the scheduler run the next time around. If that person is still not in MailChimp after 20 minutes, then go back to Sugar admin > Health Status. We can check the batch call sent to MailChimp by changing the url from "action=health_status" to "action=adminbatches". On this page, you can click through the batch calls to look for any errors on the operations. If you find any, download the batch using the link and send them over to support@sugarchimp.com and I will see what's going on.
Let me know what I can help with next.
Thanks, Jon

My exactly matter is that the list in my mailchimp account was imported by an excel sheet, so after that around 1 week ago, I synced that list with my CRM through sugarchimp with custom sql option "contacts.date_entered >= '2013-01-01'. "
now after one week i have many new contacts that i can't find in mailchimp
i hope that you can help me.
today I have a SugarChimp Support Meeting at 9am.
cheers

Hello Andres,
We last spoke about a week ago and were unable to get the schedulers running during the support call. Do you have any updates here that you could share?
Thanks, Jon

Hello again,
I'm going to close this case out for now. Let me know if you make any progress on the schedulers and need something from me.
Best Regards, Jon
