#3324 - Cannot Merge Accounts in Sugar CRM - Sugar says it's SugarChimp causing the problme
please see the below reply from Sugar support regarding the problem I have merging Accounts in Sugar:
Thank you for contacting SugarCRM Support. I created a clone of your instance and disabled the SugarChimp module, since I noticed that appearing in the error message in the screenshot you provided. Once I had done that, I was able to successfully merge two accounts without seeing the error.
The problem, therefore, is with the implementation of SugarChimp and that needs to be addressed.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. The first thing to try, would be to update to the latest version of SugarChimp. If you go to your Purchases Page, you can find your SugarChimp order, which will have the latest package downloads. Follow this guide to get your Sugar instance on the latest SugarChimp package: User Guide (yellow section before "Let's get started!"
Let me know if that addresses the issue. If not, we will need to continue troubleshooting. The quickest way to do that, would be to allow us to have access to a clone environment so we can debug on our own. If that is possible, we would need to coordinate through email as these forums are public. Otherwise, we will need to get on a call to figure out what error is causing the Accounts merging to fail.
