We would like to upgrade our account from basic to professional, however I cannot find anywhere to switch our subscription type? Can you please assist? Thank you, Jenny

    Hello Jenny,

    If you go in SugarCRM to SugarChimp Configuration from the Admin page, you should be able to upgrade plans on Step 2. You get a free 14 day upgrade trial before it converts. Let me know if you cannot find that or if it does not work for you.
