    Hello Charles,

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're wanting to cancel SugarChimp, but I also see that you've already gotten the subscription cancelled. Is Stuart Morris moving away from MailChimp or SugarCRM, or was the integration not providing something that you needed?
