#3364 - Contacts in a Synced List
I created a filter to automatically sync contacts to MailChimp. Will SugarChimp know to exclude invalid email addresses and emails that are denoted as opt out from SugarCRM? Also, if a contact has more than one email address, will SugarChimp sync the primary address only? Thanks!

Hello Pauline,
Those are great questions. So, for filtering, SugarChimp will not allow any invalid or opted out email addresses to get across to MailChimp. However, it does allow the records with those email addresses to be added to the Target List. For records with multiple email addresses, SugarChimp only uses the primary address, as you've suggested.
