Dear support team,

Since the end of december the mailchimp activities don't sync anymore. However all the lists sync well, do you have an idea of what is going wrong ?

    Hello Olivia,

    That is strange indeed. The first place I would check would be the webhooks for your MailChimp Lists. Can you confirm they are still on the lists by going to the MailChimp List > Settings > Webhooks. Ensure there is one there for SugarCRM. Then, can you check that an individual update from MailChimp is able to be seen in Sugar (This will test the webhook). Edit someone on the MailChimp List and see if their respective record in SugarCRM is updated.

    If not, we have issues with the webhooks. Otherwise, we will need to keep digging to find the issue.

    I just tried to edit a subscriber in Mailchimp and the list is correctly sync in sugar. I also checked the Sugarchimp's edition and we have the professional edition.

    Alright, Thanks for looking into that.

    Only MailChimp Campaigns sent to synced lists are going to be added to SugarCRM. Can you verify that the Campaigns are sent to synced lists? (they probably are but worth checking)

    To further diagnose the issue, I need a few things. In Sugar, can you a screenshot of your Health Status page (including the bottom section) via email. Also, can you send over a copy of your SugarCRM logs to ensure no blatant errors are there. You can quickly get that from admin > Diagnostic Tools > Uncheck everything except the sugarcrm.log file. Execute, and download that diagnostic.

    In MailChimp, I would like to see a screenshot of the Campaigns you've been sending out that are not showing in SugarCRM. The best view is from the general Campaigns list in MailChimp. If you could send a couple of screenshots showing Campaigns you've sent out that have not synced along with Campaigns that have synced across, that would be great. You can send the log file along with the screenshot(s) to support@sugarchimp.com and I will review them as quickly as possible.

    Looking at the images, I understand that none of your Campaigns from the last two months have been synced over to SugarCRM, correct? If that is the case, I would like to get on a screenshare with you to so we can create a test Campaign and send it to a test subscriber.     Hello again,

    I'm going to update and close this case out. For whatever reason, the webhooks in MailChimp had unchecked the 'Campaign' box which does not send the updates to Sugar that will add them in to the system. Once we checked the box, a test Campaign was received back in Sugar correctly.

    We are still working together on other areas, so we will be in touch there.
