#3545 - Mail Chimp Causing invalid emails in contacts?
Version 7.7.9 Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509) It seems we're having an issue where contacts from SugarChimp are showing as invalid in contacts. Not sure what to do to fix it. Our DBA can flip them to valid in the database but I'd like to resolve the root of the problem

Hello there,
I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the integration. The first thing I would like to do is get you on a newer version of SugarChimp. We just released SugarChimp 7.11, which you can download from your purchases page on the main dropdown. Upload and install it into Sugar through admin > Module Loader. You do not need to uninstall the previous version.
From there, can we setup a call to look at how your Contacts are getting marked as invalid? SugarChimp can set email addresses as invalid whenever someone in MailChimp unsubscribes from a list. This could also happen if lists are synced to a Target List and then deleted in MailChimp. Either way, we need to figure out how it's happening to make sure it doesn't happen again.
