#3616 - Sugarchimp table size

I having several problem with sugarchimp. The table of sugarchimpactivity is huge 4.1gb, sugarchimp 3.4gb and sugarchimpactivity_contact 1 gb. When I try to go to the healt status I have an error message of timeout.

    Hello there,

    The sugarchimpactivity table can grow quite large as we store all MailChimp Activities that come in. The same goes for the sugarchimpactivity_contact table, as it holds those relationships. This is a situation where your client might not care about activities that are a year old from MailChimp, so you can delete those without harming their data. That is something you can ask them about that could help free up some space.

    However, the sugarchimp table should be quite small, as it should be our queue of items waiting to be processed. Since this is so large, then I suggest we get on a call together to figure out what could be going wrong.     Hello,

    I just wanted to update the support case to say that we are finding many scheduler failures in your logs for all of our jobs, as well as the process author jobs. We are going to look over the logs you've sent to us and we have scheduled a second call for Monday morning to look at the state of the integration again.
