Hi, We got an email today saying we need to upgrade SugarChimp to be able to upgrade to SugarCRM V8. I have downloaded the Zip file (SugarChimp-7.11.3-for-Sugar8.zip) and tried to upload it using the Module Loader. After clicking Upload I get a ZIP Error(19). The error is the same on both our live and test instances... Live instance: ZIP Error(19): Status(0): Arhive(upload://SugarChimp-7.11.3-for-Sugar8.zip): Directory(/mnt/sugar/shadowed/lockwoodhomes.sugarondemand.com/cache/upgrades/temp/BmQQt7) Test instance is the same: ZIP Error(19): Status(0): Arhive(upload://SugarChimp-7.11.3-for-Sugar8.zip): Directory(/mnt/sugar/shadowed/test-lockwoodhomes.sugarondemand.com/cache/upgrades/temp/d1j8hU) Can you help?
