#3673 - Zip Error (19)
Hi,
We got an email today saying we need to upgrade SugarChimp to be able to upgrade to SugarCRM V8. I have downloaded the Zip file (SugarChimp-7.11.3-for-Sugar8.zip) and tried to upload it using the Module Loader.
After clicking Upload I get a ZIP Error(19). The error is the same on both our live and test instances...
Live instance: ZIP Error(19): Status(0): Arhive(upload://SugarChimp-7.11.3-for-Sugar8.zip): Directory(/mnt/sugar/shadowed/lockwoodhomes.sugarondemand.com/cache/upgrades/temp/BmQQt7)
Test instance is the same: ZIP Error(19): Status(0): Arhive(upload://SugarChimp-7.11.3-for-Sugar8.zip): Directory(/mnt/sugar/shadowed/test-lockwoodhomes.sugarondemand.com/cache/upgrades/temp/d1j8hU)

Hello Sarah,
Sorry for any trouble here. Sometimes browsers automatically unzip the package when downloaded, and when getting zipped back up they do not compress properly. Can you try to download the updated version in a different browser to see if you get the entire .zip file in your downloads folder? Make sure you upload the .zip file exactly as it was downloaded.

FYI it was Chrome that didn't work the first time.
