#3694 - No button to click to Sync a List
Hi! I can not proceed on Step 1. Choose a Target List. If I choose an existing list or create a new list, I am missing the button that obviously should be there in order to proceed. I have tried with Chrome, Firefox and Edge, same result.

Hello there,
I'm sorry for any trouble with this step. We will figure out what's going on. Can you go back to Step 3 and ensure that the api key is working. That is an error that we generally see if the api key is not validated properly so that the integration errors out when trying to grab existing lists from MailChimp.
If that is not the case, can you send me a screenshot to support@sugarchimp.com of your syncing step after you choose your Target List? Also, what version of SugarCRM are you on?

Thank you for that screencast, it is very helpful. As you said, there is something on there that is failing, which is probably a front end issue, not a MailChimp api issue. I believe it is a javascript or handlebars error causing us problems, but we should be able to get it fixed. I look forward to talking with you soon.

This is solved since the problem was an inactive mailchimp account. So status should be changed to solved.

In case someone else comes across this support case:
The MailChimp Account was old and had been deactivated. The api keys looked to install correctly but were not on the MailChimp list when we logged in and reactivated the account. Thus, we created a new api key on the account and everything began working again.
