#3697 - STAT Sync Issue
Hi,
I believe Tony Guzman had reached out last week, but we are experiencing a few issues with our Sugarchimp integration: 1. There's a sync issue, and the plan name isn't pulling into sugar for new. 2. Mailchimp is cleaning extremely active users (ie: five star ratings, no bounces in the activity log, on multiple newsletters) from our lists. This is hugely problematic for us, and we believe it might actually be something happening on the Sugar end, being pushed into Mailchimp. Could you please confirm? I can provide a user account that's experiencing this issue if you'd like.

Hello Casey,
I am sorry for any trouble that could've happened regarding the cleans and bounces. I have access to your MailChimp Account, so I looked there to see what could be going on. I'm going to respond via email so that I can add both of you to the conversation, otherwise only Tony would receive these responses. We can continue the conversation there and I will update the case accordingly.
