Hello there,
I'm sorry you are running into trouble during the installation, but I'm sure we can figure out what's going on. Installation issues are uncommon, and typically result from incorrect file permission settings on the server during the installation. These errors you are showing, indicate that certain files we expect to be installed are either not found or not accessible by Sugar (modules/SugarChimp/includes/classes/SugarChimp/Helper.php).
Sugar has recommended permissions that need to be set in order for Module Loader to be able to put files where they need to go, and have proper access to them. Without knowing more about your server setup, here are some helpful links that we need to check and see if that is what is going on: - Required File Permission Settings - Default File Permissions and Ownership
I hope this helps to get the installation moving in the right direction. Can you check these against your current settings and try the installation again? Let me know how it goes.
Thanks! Jon
