Hello there,
I'm sorry you are running into trouble during the installation, but I'm sure we can figure out what's going on. Installation issues are uncommon, and typically result from incorrect file permission settings on the server during the installation. These errors you are showing, indicate that certain files we expect to be installed are either not found or not accessible by Sugar (modules/SugarChimp/includes/classes/SugarChimp/Helper.php).
Sugar has recommended permissions that need to be set in order for Module Loader to be able to put files where they need to go, and have proper access to them. Without knowing more about your server setup, here are some helpful links that we need to check and see if that is what is going on: - Required File Permission Settings - Default File Permissions and Ownership
I hope this helps to get the installation moving in the right direction. Can you check these against your current settings and try the installation again? Let me know how it goes.
Thanks! Jon

We have opened up all the permissions.. (See code below)
shah_amit@teb-lampdu:/var/www/sugar2$ pwd /var/www/sugar2 shah_amit@teb-lampdu:/var/www/sugar2$ sudo chmod -R 777 ./*
but still getting the same error.
also attached the screenshot error from sugar front end. It goes to 80% then freezes every time in the rebuilding "TableDictionary"
80% Complet.

Hello again,
Could it be related to the owner of the files? If you do a: "ls -al" in the Sugar directory, do all of the files/directories have the same ownership? Perhaps you need to do a "chown" for all files and directories as well? This is not going to be something with the package that is wrong, but rather something server-side that is just not working correctly with Module Loader in SugarCRM.
If ownership all looks correct, can you schedule a call with me to see if we can figure out why the package will not install: https://calendly.com/fanaticallabs/sugarchimp-support
I look forward to talking with you soon.
Kind Regards, Jon

Hello there,
Were you able to find what the issue was? Is there anything I can help with at this time?
Thanks, Jon

Thanks for the response. Yes it was fixed.
Got another billing related question. How do i switch from monthly to yearly billing?
We have to make that change behind the scenes for you. If you would like for us to do that with your current billing information, then let me know and I will get that switch over for you.
Thanks, Jon

Can you bill us for the whole year, instead of month by month. It's just too much paperwork for us to do every month.

Hello there,
I've got the change made on our end so that you will be billed for the yearly version of the integration. The odd amount is due to the prorated version based on the payment that we've already received. Your subscription is now valid through 7/18/19.
Let me know if I can help with anything else!
Thanks, Jon
