Our GDPR team have asked me this question about SugarChimp: If employed, what file transfer mechanism is employed and for what? (FTP, SFTP, FTP over SSH, IPSec (and FTP), VPN (and FTP), FTP over TLS (FTPS) or another mechanism) Can you let me know, please? Ta.

    Hello, SugarChimp does not use any file transfer mechanisms. We send outgoing http requests to SugarOutfitters' and MailChimp’s API endpoints via TLS 1.2 (They do not accept any other version). Let me know if that answers your question.
