#3788 - MailChimp Signup Form not sending Email Address to Sugar
Hi,
I created a Signup Form in MailChimp to add new subscribers to my List in MailChimp and also to be added ads new Leads in Sugar. The new subscriber is added to the MailChimp list correctly, with all the data I enter in the form. The record ir also created in Sugar as a new Lead record with all the mapped data BUT no Email address. I gave time to the scheduler to run and see if somehow MailChip would send the Email address value to Sugar and update the record when syncing, but no luck, field is still empty.
I also created a regular web-to-lead form in Sugar and created a Lead record from the form, all data was recorded except the Email address. I would like to point out that this behavior started after I installed the SugarChimp package in the environment.

Hello Pedro,
We've found a bug where if you have updated the Email Address field in MailChimp, the integration is not able to bring it across to the CRM correctly. Can you check on the MailChimp List > Settings > List Fields and Merge Tags to see if the label for 'Email Address' has been changed or translated? If so, changing the field back to 'Email Address' should fix your issue.
If that is not the case, then there could be a bug with a SugarCRM workflow where saving the record is interrupted prior to saving the email address. Do you have any workflows active that are triggered when a new record is created/updated?

Thanks for your reply.
I just verified both of the scenarios mentioned above and the field label is "Email Address" in MailChimp and I have no Workflows active for Leads.
