Hello Santosh,
I enjoyed working with you today. We removed the sync from your Test Target List to see if that will resolve the intermittent error emails you have received. You are going to update to the latest version which you downloaded during the call, on your own time.
Lastly, you are going to test out a new workflow of keeping all records on a Target List, 'Master List', and syncing them over to MailChimp to be segmented there. This should greatly help alleviate the time needed to for your client to send campaigns to new lists/segments in MailChimp.
