#3863 - Unable to DELETE accounts

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have just upgraded my SugarChimp to the latest version. My Sugar is 7. After upgrading, I am unable to delete accounts. It keeps popping an error message with codes.

HTTP: 500 Internal Server Error An exception occurred while executing 'SELECT sugarchimpactivity_contacts.sugarchimpactivity_id id, sugarchimpactivity_contacts.date_created, sugarchimpactivity_contacts.date_entered FROM sugarchimpactivity INNER JOIN sugarchimpactivity_contacts sugarchimpactivity_contacts ON sugarchimpactivity_contacts.sugarchimpactivity_id = sugarchimpactivity.id WHERE (sugarchimpactivity_contacts.contact_id = ?) AND (sugarchimpactivity_contacts.deleted = ?)' with params ["e8659dd6-a28d-11e8-badc-06ef823b1b8a", 0]: Unknown column 'sugarchimpactivity_contacts.date_entered' in 'field list'

    Hello Jessica,

    I apologize for any issues you are seeing from the upgrade. The latest version of SugarChimp added a new column to a few of our database tables. It seems that your columns were not added correctly. Can you go Admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild. At the bottom of the Repair page, it should ask you if you would like to execute a query to fix any discrepancies. Execute those queries and try the Account saving again.
