Thanks for letting us know. Sendgrid is great for sending out Mass Email Campaigns. If the only email marketing you engage in is newsletters and mass campaigns, then MailChimp and Sendgrid will be very similar. MailChimp does everything Sendgrid can, and MailChimp gets better ratings for usability and ease of use from most 3rd party sources. If you are already using Sendgrid, then that alone might not be enough to persuade you to make the change.
MailChimp has a few features that really set it apart from Sendgrid.
-Social Media integration: Link your twitter/facebook accounts so you can post your Campaigns at the same time you send them out, with 1-click.
-TimeWarp: Send out emails based on the contact's timezone, not yours. So you can schedule Campaigns so that everyone receives them at the right time, not your time.
Automation: Setup drip campaigns to go out to individuals automatically. This is powerful when combined with CRM data. Some use cases could be as follows:
-- New Lead comes into the CRM -> Send him/her a series of emails over the next couple weeks as long as their Lead status is New or Assigned.
-- Happy Birthday Emails to all Contacts
If you did not get a clear look at these things during your trial, I'd be happy to demo them with you. Let me know if you'd like to set that up.

Hi Chad, I cancelled the subscription for you.
Are you still using MailChimp and Sugar? Or did you switch to a new marketing system?
Thanks!
