#3922 - MailChimp Groups doesn't appear in multiselect choices in SugarCRM

SugarCRM Professional 8.1.0 SugarChimp professional 7.11.3c

Hello, we got the following issue: - 2 lists with groups were set in MailChimp - 2 multiselect fields were created on Contacts to be filled with groups choices from MailChimp - 1 multiselect works fine - 1 multiselect won't display the list of groups availables

Could you help us solve this problem?

    Hello there,

    I'd be glad to help get this resolved. Can you double check that both multiselect fields are setup to be synced correct from Admin > Field Mapping? If they are setup correctly, lets try to kickstart the syncing of those group options.

    Are there currently any options on the Sugar dropdown? If not, can you manually add one to represent a group in MailChimp? The 'name' can be anything, but we need the label to be an exact representation of the MailChimp group.

    After doing that, can you wait 10-15 minutes for the scheduler to run and see if that gets the other options across for you?
