#3952 - Issue with a lead not being imported into MailChimp
SugarChimp is working except for one instance where in a drop down menu if a certain field is selected it will not be brought into mailchimp. There are 5 sections and if other one is selected the lead will be imported. The lead is being brought into the target list. I also checked in the configuration menu and nothing is preventing this from happening. Everything is updated.

Thanks for meeting with us to chat about this issue. Just wanted to close the loop here on this request. On our call we found that some Statuses in Sugar didn't exist in MailChimp. You were going to update those drop-downs so that all options in Sugar are available in MailChimp to keep records from getting stuck in the sync. If you run into anything else, don't hesitate to reach out so we can figure out why someone's not getting across.
