#3958 - Synchronisation does not appear to be working
We have tried to sync a newly created target list within our SugarCRM with Mailchimp, but although I have linked the Mailchimp list to the SugarCRM target list, it does not appear on the Sugar Chimp Health Status, and the contacts are not being sent across to Mailchimp. Please can you look into this?

Thanks for reaching out! To confirm, it sounds like just the newly created Target list that you've synced is not displaying on the Health Status page at all, is that correct?
Can you take a screenshot of the Health Status page and send it along? Secondly, can you take a screenshot of what appears on the Schedulers page? You can find this by navigating to Administration within your CRM and clicking on Schedulers under the System section. Your scheduler should be active. Within the scheduler page is a job log which details how frequently your scheduler has run. It should run at the interval displayed (by default every 5 minutes). Can you screenshot this page and send it along as well?

Yes, we are still experiencing problems with the syncing. I set up two lists on Sugar on Monday, and thought I would leave it a day or so to see if it needed a bit of time to send to Mailchimp, but these still have not been sent across. I have tried the following: Setting up a new target list & linking the Mailchimp list to this in the Mailchimp list field - I was able to select the newly created Mailchimp list from the dropdown list, the but sync didn't work. Creating a new target list within Administration/Sugar Chimp configuration, but the Mailchimp list I had created doesn't appear in the dropdown list here, so was unable to sync this way either!
Please can you let me know if there is anything else we can try, or if there is a problem with the syncing.

Thanks for this response. It definitely sounds like you're syncing isn't working the way it should. To troubleshoot this issue, can you take a screenshot of the Health Status page and send it along? You can find this by clicking on Administration then scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking Health Status.
From there, can you also take a screenshot of what appears on the Schedulers page? From the Health Status page, you can click "view scheduler" at the top of the page to see the intervals and times of the last scheduled runs.
If you want to send these via email, you can send them to support@sugarchimp.com.
