#3966 - SugarChimp campaigns not showing up in Sugar

Hi there, We sent a campaign earlier this afternoon and even though I can see data in the MailChimp activities module, the Mailchimp Campaign field is empty for every record and if I try to edit the field, I can't find any value in the drop-down list. It looks like the Campaign names are not synched from Mailchimp to Sugar. However, the MailChimp lists are showing up correctly. We are using SugarChimp 8.2.1a Professional on SugarCRM 8.2.0 Enterprise (On Demand). Thank you, Francesc

    Hi Francesc,

    Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, the MailChimp Campaign Summary dashlet that appears on your Dashboard, as shown here: https://d.pr/free/i/XJ8Beu is missing the drop-down to display your campaigns, is that correct? However, all other information and data appears to be syncing as expected.

    Can you send a screenshot of what does appear on your end so I can take a closer look? If desired, you can send that screenshot to support@sugarchimp.com.
