Happy to help! To clarify, have your fields ever synced from Sugar to Mailchimp?
One of the most common reasons field mapping doesn't work is that the merge field types aren't compatible or a merge field in Mailchimp is marked as required, but data isn't entered in Sugar. Can you tell me the type of fields you're attempting to sync? If needed, you can see more information on field mapping below:

Additionally, can you send a screenshot of what appears on your Health Status page? You can send this privately, if desired, to support@sugarchimp.com.

Hi Heidi,
Yes they have worked before but it's not working anymore. One of the fields I map is assigned user and product type. For some reason some are not syncing and are blank in those areas. I've queued up a re-sync to see if that does the trick but if not, i'm not sure what else to do.

It looks like a re-sync was all it took. I just couldn't remember where or how to do that until you mentioned the "health status" page and I found it there so thank you for your help!
