Thanks for reaching out. Can you tell me if you have multiple lists syncing from Sugar and if they all have contacts with the "unsubscribed by admin action" or just a specific one? Can you send a screenshot of your Health Status page, including the lists that are syncing towards the bottom? You can email this to support@sugarchimp.com.
Thanks for following up and apologies for the confusion! I sent an email on the 17th and did find a responding email from you, but the PDF attachment was blank. Can you try sending it again to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com? Also, do you know if any Mailchimp lists were recently edited or deleted? We can definitely resolve this issue. To begin, can you download the most recent version of SugarChimp (which is version 8.2.3)? You can find instructions for doing so here:
Once you've updated, can you send a long a list of all the users who were inadvertently unsubscribed? This can be in a Word doc or a spreadsheet, either way will work.
• The version at our Outfitters orders page is not 8.2.3, it is 8.2.1
• When I try to upload SugarChimp-8.2.1-for-Sugar8.zip I get the error message “The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar: 8.3.0”
• Same for every other version of SugarChimp available from our Outfitters orders page
Just wanted to update this ticket. It looks like the unsubscribes may be stemming from another integration making conflicting updates. Once you reach out to the other integration and get things squared away, please let us know and we can fully resubscribe these users as needed. I'll keep our email ticket open to check in with you, but will be closing this ticket on SugarOutfitters for now.

This is Greg, the tech guy. I am having problems.
