#4036 - SugarChimp fatal errors in sugarcrm.log -- not finding list all of the sudden

SugarChimp team,

I recently updated our sugar instance's URL, and I believe it was around this time this issue began. I am just now noticing these errors in my sugarcrm.log:

Mon Mar 4 23:14:16 2019 [26883][4743ef79-8841-c107-63b4-55ad85e41f3d][FATAL] SugarChimp:fatal:1551759256: SugarChimp_Scheduler_MailchimpListToSugarCRM->run there are no lists or we hit an error. result: Mon Mar 4 23:14:16 2019 [26883][4743ef79-8841-c107-63b4-55ad85e41f3d][FATAL] SugarChimp:fatal:1551759256: SugarChimp_Scheduler_Driver::end The scheduler failed to finish: Array ( [status] => error [message] => Unable to retrieve MailChimp Lists: )

And when I go to the Sugarchimp health status page I see there are 11906 pending activities to process from MailChimp. The webhook URL matches what is on the list in MailChimp (I did remember to update it when I updated our instance's URL).

Do you have any idea what else may be causing this?

    Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like Sugar is trying to reaching Mailchimp, but it's not connecting to the account as expected. To resolve this I recommend following the directions below:

    1. Update to the most recent version of SugarChimp: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004608392-Update-to-the-latest-version-of-SugarChimp
    2. Reconnect your Mailchimp account: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023586932-Reconnect-Mailchimp-to-Sugar-After-Update-to-8-3-1
