#4064 - Lareg numbe rof contacts Pending to Mailchimp
Hi,
It looks like a large number of contacts are waiting to be synced to Mailchimp (5359 in 7 lists)
Scheduler is set to run every 3 hours and last ran 27-02-2019 16:01 - are you able to provide any support for this issue?
Thanks,
Gareth

Hi Gareth,
Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you're using a much older version of SugarChimp. I'd like to start by updating your version of SugarChimp to ensure prior bugs or issues aren't the cause of this. You can update your version by following the directions below:
https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004608392-Update-to-the-latest-version-of-SugarChimp
Once you've updated, can you wait until the scheduler is set to run to see if data is syncing as it should. If not, can you take a screenshot of your Health Status page and send it to us at mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com so I can take a closer look?
Thanks, Heidi

Hi Gareth,
I just wanted to check in to see if you're still having trouble syncing contacts to Mailchimp. As a reminder, we chatted through email about the errors you'd received and the last message I sent was as follows:
I talked with our developer who said the error relating to archived_emails isn't from SugarChimp. However, the second line you sent happens when Sugar is expecting to add a sub-panel to a record view, but it cannot find the data to do so. Can you tell me if you made any code changes behind the scenes or within Studio? This issue should only be related to displaying a record view, and shouldn't be related to the scheduler running.
To start, let's navigate to all of the following pages and then check the logs again to see if any new errors appear. - Individual Contact record - Individual Account record - Individual Lead record - Target List page (record view)
If no new errors appear, can you clear your logs, set your SugarChimp logger to debug mode, and let a scheduler run to see if new errors appear? Instructions for this process are below:
SUGAR.App.api.call('CREATE',SUGAR.App.api.buildURL('SugarChimp/setting/logger/debug'),{},{});
SUGAR.App.api.call('CREATE',SUGAR.App.api.buildURL('SugarChimp/setting/logger/debug'),{},{});
If you have any trouble along the way, please let me know.
Best, Heidi
