#4103 - Mailchimpactivities not always sync
Hi, i have a problem with the sync of mailchimpactivities. Some campaigns are fully sync others aren't. I tried to follow this guide https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004787271-Syncing-prior-campaigns-from-Mailchimp-to-CRM without results.
For example I sent about 10 campaigns this year but in sugar I find only half of this.
What can I do?

Happy to help. After installing SugarChimp, it will automatically grab all campaign data from the last 30 days prior to installation. If these campaigns weren't sent in the last 30 days, SugarChimp wouldn't pull them in. We do have a way to pull in activities further back, with the exception of automated campaigns. Can you tell me how far back you're looking to pull in activities?

Hi Heidi, Sugarchimp is installed from about 1 year and it work sometimes yes and sometimes no. Now I'm trying to grab activities sent over than the last 30 days but I also need to resolve this problem that only some campaigns activities are correctly imported and other not. I'm using 8.2.1a version. Maybe I need to update?
Can you also confirm that I'm using the correct string to change settings to grab activities older than 30 days? I used this string: SUGAR.App.api.call('get',SUGAR.App.api.buildURL('SugarChimp/setting/setting/value'),'days_to_sync_activities',120);

Thanks for this insight. Can you tell me if the campaigns that were sent were part of automated campaigns or were they individual campaigns?

Individual campaigns. I sent a new campaign yesterday but today I don't have new mailchimp activities.

This is good insight. It takes about 24 hours for the Mailchimp Activities module to update with new campaigns. Can you tell me if 24 hours has passed since the campaign was sent?

Hi Heidi, today I had an update of the activities (probably due to the change of the settings to grab it) but many of those activities have campaign field empty. Why?

We made some updates in how we grab the campaign name in more recent versions. Can you update to the most recent version and see if that resolves the issue? If not, it might be more helpful to schedule a call so we can take a look together, which can be done using the link below:

Hi after this upgrade I see the campaign name filled in the activities but I don't see the name of the campagin but only a no-sense string. Example:
Nome: imports@t-home.mk Activity Type: Open MailChimp Campaign Name: 94ae0ee189 Activity Timestamp: 10/05/2019 15:07

I saw that I can change the field to show campaing name instead of ID. But I still can't see many activities related for example to the last campaing sent.
