Hi there I have a client using SugarChimp Professional. They want to upgrade to Ultimate. The renewal is not due yet. How do we go about organising this? Chris

    Thanks for reaching out. Can you tell me the name of the client and we can upgrade them on our end? To confirm, are they wanting the monthly subscription or the yearly? If you'd prefer, you can email that info to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com so it's not public here on the forum.
