#4133 - activities not syncing
Hi!
I've had SugarChimp installed for a couple of weeks now and have noticed that past campaigns with emojis in the subject line have not been syncing from MailChimp to Sugar. I reset day_to_sync_activities to 150 in order to pull in more of our past campaign activities. In order to re-sync all past campaigns within that time period, I also reset the initial_activity_table_fetched to 0, as the "Syncing prior campaigns from Mailchimp to CRM" article suggests. This caused failures in the job_queue for the job 'SugarChimp: Grab campaigns from existing SugarChimpActivity records, add to table and dropdown' pertaining to 'incorrect string value for column subject at row 1.'
Is there a workaround for this issue? We have campaigns in MailChimp sent within the last 150 days that do not have an emoji in the subject line, and some of these have not synced any activities between MailChimp and Sugar either.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know you've encountered this. We did just recently discover an issue where campaigns with an emoji are not syncing as they should. Campaigns that were sent after the campaigns with the emoji but before SugarChimp was installed are part of this issue.
Our developer is working on resolving this issue and I've made a note to follow back up with you when it's fully resolved. In the meantime, campaigns sent from this point forward without emojis should sync.
Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime!

Hi Heidi,
Our free trial has ended and the company has decided not to move forward with SugarChimp. I am unable to locate instructions on uninstalling SugarChimp - how do I go about this?
Thanks

Happy to help. You can uninstall by navigating to the Module Loader from Sugar Admin and clicking "Uninstall". Let me know if you have any trouble during the uninstallation process.
Out of curiosity, can you tell me more about why they decided to not move forward? Were there specific features they were looking for or was it just not as helpful as they'd hoped?
Thanks! Heidi
