#4147 - Lists backed up and not synching to mailchimp
I have 11 lists and 17400 contacts stuck in sugar not syncing to mailchimp. What are the reasons this may be the case. May of my lists are not synching. Do I need to add contacts in Mailchimp?

Happy to help! It looks like you're on an older version of SugarChimp. Since we've had a lot of fixes since then, let's first start by getting you on the most recent version of SugarChimp.

Once you do that, re-connect to Mailchimp by following these steps: 1. Navigate to Admin within your CRM. 2. Under the SugarChimp section, click Setup. 3. Click on Step 3 Connect. 4. Click the Mailchimp icon to connect to Mailchimp. 5. Enter your Mailchimp username and password and follow the process to connect.
If you data still isn't syncing, can you send a screenshot of your Health Status page to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com so I can take a closer look?
