#4154 - Problem for installing SugarChimp after upgrade Sugar 9

Hello, After upgrading Sugar to the version 9, I can't install SugarChimp (v.9.1.1). It stop at 80% and I have no errror in sugarcrm.log. Can you help me ? Thanks in advance. Anaïs

    Hi Anaïs,

    Happy to help. One common installation error involves Elasticsearch indexing failure, where the installation sticks at 80%. To resolve this, you can reindex your full-text search by following the steps below:

    1. From within CRM Admin, click Search (under System heading).
    2. Click Schedule System Index.
    3. Select the option to delete the existing index and then click Index. More information on scheduling this can be found here.

    Wait 20-30 minutes to allow time for the scheduler to complete and attempt your installation again.
