#4166 - Lists not syncing from Sugar to Mailchimp
Hi there,
I have 10 target lists in SugarCRM which is not being updated in Mailchimp. For example - Atreya Chaganty list in Sugar has 331 contacts but in mailchimp his audience is recording as only 162 contacts. Please advise what I can do urgently as I need to send an campaign out now.

Many thanks Heidi. I have emailed 1 and 2 to the email address given and I'm in the process of updating the sugarchimp updated version but Sugar is working very slow.

Just wanted to follow up on this case. It looks like this issue was a result of syncing a calculated "days until birthday" field that failed with the birthday field is not set. To resolve this you can either remove the field from syncing, or fix the calculated field logic so that if birthdate is not set it does not fail. This should get the sync back up and running again.
