#417 - SugarChimp license key does not work
Installed SugarChimp on a CE 6.5.16 Version of SugarCRM. After entering the license-key I get a white page. Tried a new key - without success. Please help, need to set it up quickly for board presentation.

Hi Daniel, usually blank/white pages are caused by permission issues on your server.

Give the permissions a look and let me know if you still see the issue.

Hi Chad I changed the permissions to the values mentioned in the articles, restarted apache - but no change! Any other suggestions?

I might add that we are running on port 8088...

Hmm, I don't believe running it from port 8088 should make any difference.
Give your sugarcrm.log file a look as well as your php error log file. I'm guessing there's a php error occurring somewhere. Do you have curl installed on your server? SugarChimp uses curl to communicate with Mailchimp.
