We have 9.1.1 of SugarChimp installed. The good folk at Sugar support have asked that:
"There is a new version of SugarChimp 9.1.2 which addresses this issue as described in their release notes here https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021259851-SugarChimp-Release-Notes If you want to continue using SugarChimp, please get in touch with the folks at SugarChimp to get this latest version installed so that other modules in Module Loader are not affected. "
